14k White Gold Rose-Cut Diamond Shield Ring. Art Deco

For sale is a 14k white gold and natural rose-cut diamond shield ring.  This ring is a beautifully crafted and well-maintained antique from the Art Deco era.  The ring is a shield design, with a central round diamond surrounded by a halo of invisible set small diamonds. The shape of the ring is reminiscent of a snowflake or a star.  The diamonds are old-fashioned rose-cut gems.  The diamonds are sparkly and eye-clear with exceptional brilliance.  The diamond studded shield sits on a sturdy yellow gold basket setting. The ring has a simple yellow gold band.  This ring is a stunning, sparkly, and has an elegant design.  It would be an exceptionally lovely engagement ring or anniversary ring.  

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)  Any dark marks on the gold or diamonds are just shadows from my camera.
