14k Gold Gray Star Sapphire Pendant w Diamond Halo *Video*

For sale is a 14k white and yellow gold gray star sapphire pendant with a diamond halo. Part of the Sea Green Mermaid Reimagined Vintage Collection, we worked with our jeweler to transform a pair of antique earrings into a pair of magical pendants. This pendant features high quality gemstones and craftsmanship. The pendant is made of 14k white gold and the star sapphire is bezel set in yellow gold. The star sapphire is a dreamy shade of silver-gray with lavender overtones (gray and lavender star sapphires are technically blue sapphires).

This stone displays a full six-rayed star in bright light, and a glowing asterism in normal light. The sapphire is set in the center of a halo of small round diamonds set in white gold. The four diamonds in the corners of the pendant are slightly larger than the others. The diamonds are good quality, with lots of sparkle. The pendant is a slide style that can be attached to your chain in different ways. the slide is thick, with openings for your chain all around it. It can be worn as a square shape or a diamond shape. This lovely pendant is simple and elegant. It is beautiful with a tee shirt and jeans, at the office, or at a formal event.

Note: the star sapphire has natural inclusions, including some dark interior spots and a "u" shaped indentation on the surface of the stone. I have included magnified photos.
