14k White Gold Filigree Victorian Ring w Vivid Fuchsia Garnet

For sale is a 14k white gold ring with a natural garnet.  This ring is an antique from the Victorian era.  The ring features a fuchsia or dark pink garnet with a cabochon cut (smooth with no facets.)  The garnet is a vivid shade of pink/purple with a lovely glow.  The garnet is set in an antique filigree setting that is intricately carved.  The garnet is securely set in a six prong setting.  This is a wonderful antique ring, well-crafted and elegant.

***Please note:  The garnet has some damage that is visible on the surface of the stone.  It appears to have a small chip and an indented line on the surface (see magnified photos.)  This damage does not extend to the interior of the stone and the integrity of the stone is not affected.  The price reflects this.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
