For sale is a 14k yellow gold puffy heart pendant with a natural diamond. This pendant is beautifully crafted and sturdy. The large, domed heart is hollow and sturdy with a sparkling rose-cut diamond prong set at the center.
This antique hand-cut diamond is quite brilliant and eye-clear with natural inclusions visible with magnification. The heart is domed on both sides and textured with a cross-hatched design. The back of the heart is polished smooth, and is engraved with the message "My Bonnie, Our Happiness Always." The engraving can be removed by your jeweler if you prefer.
The pendant has a jump ring bail to accommodate your chain. This classic diamond heart pendant can be worn at the neckline, or on a longer chain like a medallion. It will stand out as an elegant and classic piece wherever you wear it.
