For sale is a pair of 14k yellow gold cameo earrings featuring the Greek goddesses Nyx and Aurora. One earring features the image of Nyx, goddess of the Night, as she nods in sleep. Below Nyx's face, her companion owl stands proudly with wings outstretched. A crescent moon and twinkling stars glimmer above her head. The other earring features the face of Aurora, goddess of the dawn. Her companion eagle, which hunts by day, displays her impressive wingspan below Aurora's face. The rays of the morning sun shine out, forming a beautiful halo around the goddess' image. Each cameo is a large 2 inch marquise shape. Each cameo is secure in a hand-crafted 14k gold prong setting. The cameos dangle from large half-round gold bead studs, which have a brushed gold texture. The earrings fasten with 14k yellow gold butterfly backs.
