For sale is a 14k yellow gold two piece clock pendant with the words "I think of you every hour."  The pendant is made from two solid gold disks. The top disk has an enameled image of a clock face with raised gold hands. The hands of the clock do not move. 

The second disk is printed with the message "I think of you every hour" in black enamel.  The pendant is solid, heavy and beautifully crafted. It has an articulated bail to accommodate your chain. So romantic and rare, you will never see this pendant again!
