14k Gold Cabochon EMERALD Station Chain "By-the-Yard" Necklace

For sale is a 14k yellow gold station chain necklace with natural cabochon Columbian emeralds. Part of Sea Green Mermaid's Reimagined Vintage Collection, Jeannie designed this one-of-a-kind necklace by revisioning a vintage emerald bracelet.

This type of necklace is also called a "by the yard" chain. This vibrant, beautifully hand-crafted necklace features emeralds of varying translucence with wonderful grassy green color and natural inclusions. The emeralds are quite lovely with a wonderful glow. Each emerald is a unique oval cabochon, capped at the ends in gold and tiny seed pearls. The emeralds are strung along a hand-crafted gold chain with filigree links between the emeralds. The necklace is a flattering 17.25 inch length. The necklace has a good-sized 5mm spring ring clasp that snaps crisply open and closed. This necklace is an elegant and unique way to enjoy the energizing vibrance of emeralds!

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
