14k Gold Bezel Pendant w Endangered Tiger RARE Cook Islands Coin

For sale is a 14k yellow gold bezel pendant that holds a rare coin from the Cook Islands. The coin, 999 fine silver with gold tone, comes from a special non-circulating endangered species series made in the Cook Islands in 1990. According to the Numista Rarity Index, the coin is quite rare (rated 90 out of 100 on the index) and by itself sells for about $200. The coin is quite lovely, the tiger is a beautifully detailed work of art. On the reverse side of the coin is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. 

The coin is set in a bezel with a lovely flower petal shape, like a lotus blossom. There is a large attached bail to accommodate your chain. Perfect for collectors or anyone with a special connection to the Cook Islands or powerful felines! Beautiful worn by a man or a woman.
