14k Gold Australian Boulder Opal Leverback Earrings. Designer *Video*

For sale is a pair of 14k yellow gold earrings with Australian boulder opals.  The contrast between the black boulder and the iridescent blue-purple opal has striking beauty.  Each triangular opal has luminous black matrix along one side and a large pool of opalescence on the other side. Each opal is unique, but each one displays peacock blue, sky blue and purple fire. 

In dim light these opals are quite subtle, but in sunlight you see iridescent, glorious marine colors.  Each opal is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting. The boulder on the back of each opal is visible from the back side of the earrings. The opals dangle from 14k yellow gold shepherds hooks. The large size, luminous color and beautiful craftsmanship make these earrings a lifetime treasure.
