For sale is a sterling silver, 14k and 18k yellow gold limited series "Spirit Doll" pendant by Margie Lombard. This large pendant is simply wonderful. I have seen several of Margie Lombard's story wheel pins over the years, but never anything like this magnificent Spirit Doll. The back of the pendant is engraved with the inscription above, along with the date (2001), the artist's name, and the gold and silver content.
The pendant is part of a limited series and is engraved with the number "27". The pendant represents a spirit doll, with a beautifully carved cream stone face at the center of a many-rayed 14k gold sunburst. The hand-carved face wears a calm, serene expression. Like a priestess, the spirit doll wears a 14k gold stole around her shoulders, decorated with a lightning bolt and a cross.
The sleeves of her robe are decorated with many symbols in 18k yellow gold: a bird, stars, a crescent moon, and a spiral. The front of her robe is accented with an 18k yellow gold eagle at the throat, and gold hearts at her center and on her feet. The front of her robe is engraved with an elaborately hand-drawn tree that reaches from her feet to her neck.
The pendant has a large hidden bail. It also has a pin if you prefer to wear it as a brooch. (You can have your jeweler remove the pin if you prefer.)
