For sale is a 10k rose gold natural gray star sapphire filigree pendant. This antique pendant has such beautiful craftsmanship and fine detail. The star sapphire is silvery gray and displays a full six ray star in bright sunlight, and in dim light you will see a glowing asterism.
The sapphire has natural inclusions in the interior, including tan inclusions near the setting on one side. The back of the sapphire has crackle lines and tan inclusions. (See magnified photos and video for an accurate view.) The sapphire is bezel-set, completely framed in gold. The gold in this pendant has a rosy hue. The sapphire is set at the center of an oval with a filigree heart design, which dangles from a hinged filigree triangle.
Together, these two pieces form a teardrop shape. The pendant has a 14k gold jump ring bail to accommodate your chain. This is a truly lovely star sapphire pendant at a reasonable price. You will find this gray star sapphire to be not only classic and elegant, but also versatile. It will coordinate beautifully with almost any outfit you choose to wear!
