10k Gold HARVARD University "Veritas" 1" Pendant. Ring Alternative

For sale is a 10k yellow gold class pendant with the official insignia of Harvard University. This classic shield pendant is emblazoned with the Harvard University motto - the latin word "VERITAS" (truth). 

Each of the three syllables of the word veritas is depicted in raised gold capital letters on the pages of an open book. The 3 books are set inside inside a golden shield.  The word "HARVARD" appears at the top of the shield in raised gold capital letters. The shield has a brushed texture.

We had our jeweler convert this pendant from a tie tac (note the solder mark on the back). This Harvard University pendant is a classic, and a perfect gift for any alumna/alumnus or fan of this prestigious US academic institution. The pendant is a traditional and elegant style that can be worn beautifully by a man or a woman. It is a nice alternative to a class ring for those who prefer it.
