For sale is an antique 10k yellow gold Egyptian sphrinx pendant with a natural gypsy-set diamond. This beautifully crafted antique pendant was converted from a tie tac and a cufflink by my jeweler. The pendant features a sphinx lying down and facing left. The sphinx has a man's face with detailed carved features.
We have added a domed round gold piece with a gypsy-set rose cut diamond. The pendant has a large bail to accommodate your chain. This beautiful antique pendant is truly one-of-a-kind!
