10k Yellow Gold Australian Black Opal Antique Ring *Video*

For sale is a 10k yellow gold antique ring with a natural Australian black opal. These opals have become rare and increasingly valuable over time. The semi-translucent opal appears inky black in dim light, and in sunlight the opal flashes with a range of ever-changing primary colors.

The array of colors makes this ring fascinating to look at as you move it in the light. You will see cherry red, neon green, sky blue, tangerine and yellow fire as you move the opal in the light. The opal is secure in an antique double claw prong setting.

The shoulders of the ring are decorated with gold leaves and the gallery has a delicate curving filigree design. The ring narrows to a simple half-round gold band in the back. This large, antique opal ring is full of fire and drama. You will marvel at it in the sunlight!
