10k Yellow Gold Australian Opal Ring w 0.25 TCW Rose-Cut Diamonds. Deco Flower.

For sale is a 10k yellow and white gold ring featuring an Australian opal with a rose-cut diamond halo.  The opal is round and flat.  It is a classic old-fashioned white opal.  It is subtle in dim light, but flashes with cherry red, orange, green, yellow and purple in sunlight or bright indoor light.  The opal is securely bezel-set in yellow gold.  The opal is framed by a halo of old-fashioned rose-cut diamonds.  The diamonds are good quality, with lots of sparkle and shine.  The opals are each set deep inside a white gold mounting with delicate pyrope edging.  The band of the ring is yellow gold, and the shanks are scalloped and engraved.  This is a beautiful antique opal ring with the lovely old-world style of the Art Deco era. 

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
