10k Yellow Gold Australian Opal Ring. Scrolled Frame *VIDEO*

For sale is a 10k yellow gold ring with an Australian opal. This is an antique signet style ring with a large oval. The opal is an old-fashioned white Australian opal, flashing with lots of orange and red pinfire, as well as lime green and blue. The shoulders of the ring are engraved with a lovely delicate pattern.

The opal is secure in a bezel setting. The surface of the opal has some wear (see magnified photos). The band narrows toward the back. The mounting is well-crafted with lots of gold. 

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
