For sale is a 10k white gold ring with a lavender-blue star sapphire gemstone. The star sapphire is a wonderful ethereal shade of lavender with hints gray, depending on the light. This is technically a blue star sapphire, although the color is more lavender than blue. The sapphire displays a lovely six rayed star in sunlight or bright artificial light. The stone tests as a sapphire, but may be a lab-created stone given the perfection of the star. It may also be natural; even experts have a hard time telling with well-created star sapphires. The sapphire is securely prong-set, and framed by white gold in a leaf design. This is a lovely ring with wonderful, delicate lavender color and a beautiful rayed star.
The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
