10k Gold Woven Bracelet w Tassle Lariat Clasp. WW II Paratroopers

For sale is a 10k yellow gold woven bracelet with a lariat tassle closure and a WW II military logo. Beautifully crafted during the war, this bracelet was designed as a gift for the anxious sweetheart of a paratrooper.

The bracelet has three parts. The first is a slightly curved 10k gold disk with the raised logo of the WWII paratroopers, a parachute with curving, feathered wings. Each side of the logo is made of woven mesh chains that are braided into a single wide, flexible chain. The back of the bracelet is a lariat style fastener. Two tassles at the ends of the bracelet are attached to chains and can be knotted at different lengths based on your wrist size.

Each tassle is made from a sturdy, solid gold bead with a fringe of short chains dangling beneath it. This elegant antique bracelet is a joy to wear. It can be worn alone, or layered with other bracelets.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
