For sale is a 10k white gold Art Deco shield ring with a lavender gray star sapphires and two purple glass stones. This stunning antique "stoplight" ring features a central oval star sapphire with faceted paste (glass) stones set above and below. The sapphire is top quality with wonderful translucence and a clear six-rayed star in bright sunlight.

The sapphire has some natural inclusions and slight wear to the surface (see magnified photos.) The secondary gems have wonderful rich amethyst purple color and beautiful faceting. Each gemstone is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting. The shield is beautifully crafted with an intricately engraved and pierced design. The shoulders of the ring are also engraved with delicate designs.

This ring is truly exceptional. The color combination of the gemstones plus the wonderful shield design make this ring a true stunner. It would make a wonderful engagement ring, and looks beautiful as a right hand or center finger ring as well.
