Hollywood High School has an extraordinary connection to the entertainment industry. The round gold-tone pendant features the Hollywood High School name surrounding the school insignia, with wonderful vibrant red enamel providing a rich pop of color. At the bottom, the banner proudly proclaims the school's motto: “Achieve the Honorable.”

The center is beautifully detailed, with the school shield raised against a textured sunburst background. The slightly irregular outer edge gives the piece the appearance of an old medal or seal and adds to its vintage character.

This piece began life as a lapel pin and has been professionally transformed into a pendant. There are two marks on the reverse where the original pin fittings were removed. A large attached bail provides plenty of room to accommodate your chain.
