For sale is a wonderfully romantic 10k yellow gold heart pendant with an intricate filigree design, tiny diamonds, and a secret scattering of amethysts tucked inside.

The pendant is a plump, “puffy” three-dimensional heart, beautifully crafted in solid 10k yellow gold. Rather than a flat surface, the gold is worked into an elaborate open filigree composed almost entirely of tiny curving hearts. Look closely and you will see hearts nestled within hearts throughout the design!

The pendant is fully finished on both sides, with essentially the same lovely filigree pattern front and back. One side receives an extra touch of sparkle from tiny round natural diamonds scattered among the openwork. The diamonds are petite and delicate—just enough to catch the light without overwhelming the intricate gold design.

And there is another wonderful surprise: tiny purple amethyst gemstones are enclosed inside the hollow heart. Their rich flashes of violet and wine-purple peek through the filigree openings as the pendant moves, adding color, dimension and a slightly whimsical quality.
