9k + 10k Gold Circle Pendant with Bird + Crescent Moon Pendant. Victorian

For sale is a 9k rose and yellow gold bird and crescent moon pendant set inside a 10k rose gold embossed circle pendant. The bird sitting on the crescent moon was originally an antique brooch from the Aesthetic period of the Victorian era, and we had our jeweler set it inside this intricately carved 10k gold circle from an antique watch fob to create this unique and wonderful pendant.

The circle pendant is deeply carved on all sides, and has an open ring bail that can move freely on the circle. The little rose gold bird perches at the center of the curving moon, looking hopefully up to the sky. She is surrounded by scattered flowers and leaves. The crescent moon is made of matte yellow gold. Three tiny gold beads adorn the bottom of the crescent moon. The bird and the flowers are raised slightly above the surface of the moon. 

This delightful pendant combines a one-of-a-kind design with the beauty of an antique piece. It is truly a once in a lifetime find!
