For sale is a 10k yellow gold nugget signet ring with Alaskan Gold-in-Quartz and diamond accents. Gold-in-Quartz, also known as Gold Quartz or Gold bearing quartz is a rare and sought-after gemstone for jewelry makers today. It consists of white (or gray or black) quartz with veins of pure 24k gold ore running through it.

The most valuable gems are those with white or cream quartz and lots of gold veins. This quartz is a creamy shade of white with bright burnished 24k gold veins sparkling through. The gemstone is a domed rectangle. The gold quartz shows wear, such as unevenness in the surface and a crackle line that runs east-west across the stone. (Please see magnified photos.)

Each shoulder of the ring has 24k gold ore/nuggets inlaid. The quartz is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting. The top of the band is decorated with teeny tiny diamonds that are channel-set in white gold. The ring could be worn beautifully by either a man or a woman.
