10k Yellow Gold Australian Opal Heart Dangle Earrings *Video*

For sale is a pair of antique 10k yellow gold dangly heart earrings with Australian opals.  These gypsy-style earrings are long and dangly. Each earring features two old-fashioned white opals with lots of colorful pinfire.  There is a lovely and distinct play of colors throughout each gemstone.  Each post is attached to a large round opal. A large filigree circle frames a large heart shaped opal that dangles below the post. The opal hearts move as you wear them, catching the light and casting colorful light all around you.  Each opal is secure in a prong-setting.  The opals are all visible from the back side of the earrings.  The earrings have threaded posts, and come with 14k yellow gold butterfly backs.  Opal earrings of this size and quality are simply not being made anymore. 

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
